We guarantee check-in from 3.30 pm. should you wish to arrive earlier but your room is not ready, fill in the registration form with us and you will receive your guest cards. You can use them to explore the town or enjoy the first breath of North Sea air. We are happy to inform you by phone or SMS as soon as your room is ready for you.

Your room is available to you until 10.30 on the day of departure. We offer a late check-out according to availability at a charge of € 30.00 for check-out until 1 pm and € 50.00 for check-out until 5 pm.

Our cancellation deadline for all reservations from the beginning of April to the end of October is 14 days before arrival. Our regular cancellation deadline for the travel period from the beginning of November to the end of March is 7 days before arrival. Exceptions are Christmas and New Year’s Eve (cancellation deadline: 14 days before arrival). The cancellation period for our apartments is 4 weeks before arrival.

Our Küstenperle is located in Büsum – directly on the dyke of the Perlebucht family lagoon. You can reach us by car via the A23 (exit Heide-West). The Büsumer pedestrian can be reached in 20 minutes on foot (approx. 1.5 km). The station is located approx. 2 km away from the Küstenperle, in the heart of the principality.

The cost for one parking place is € 6.00 per day and per car. We have plenty of parking places, therefore there is no need to book in advance. A reservation on the day of arrival is not required, the barriers open automatically. Alternatively there is a nearby neighbourhood with free parking. Please note that during the high season these parking spaces are popular with day visitors. In addition you can park in Büsum in the car park P1 (on the roundabout at the entrance to the village), this is free of charge and very large.

Our hotel car park provides two electric charging points from the company NewMotion. Feel free to use this public charging network, currently the largest in Europe. You can request your personal charging card via the Shell Recharge App (iOs App-Store, Google Play-Store). If possible, pleases bring your own charging cable with you – if necessary, this can also be provided at the hotel. In this case, you will be charged on site at the hotel.

You are welcome to spend your holiday at the Hotel Küstenperle together with your dog. We are a dog-friendly hotel and have designated dog rooms in all categories where you may bring your four-legged friend. Out of consideration for the other guests, we kindly ask you to keep your dog on a lead at all times while in the hotel. For hygiene reasons, your dog must stay in the room during breakfast, but is welcome in our restaurant afterwards. Depending on availability we can arrange for your dog to be at breakfast with you in Schneiders bar. A maximum of one dog is allowed per room. We charge an additional fee of € 15.00 per dog/per night.

A shuttle service is not offered. You can reach the hotel from the Büsumer station with a taxi within a few minutes. The cost is approx. € 8.00.

Our hotel reception is manned 24 hours a day. We are available around the clock. Please inform us in case of arrival after 10 pm.

We have a locked and undercover bike room as well as bike stands in front of the hotel, unfortunately we are still unable to guarantee storage of all bikes. We have no control over how many bikes our guests bring with them Advance requests are for organisational and time reasons are not possible. When we planned the bike storage facilities in 2016 the actual bike trend did not exist. Therefore, the accommodation of bikes/e-bikes currently exceeds our capacities. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible for us to offer an ideal alternative storage solution at short notice. You are welcome to ask us shortly before your trip if there are enough rental bikes available. Alternatively, several external providers offer bicycle rental in Büsum.

In the Perle comfort rooms there is room for 2 adults, along with a pull-out bed or the possibility of an extra bed. The wellness suites are for 2 adults. The Perle rooms can be booked as single or double rooms. Our family rooms & Perle suites offer a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children. A child must not be older than 12 years. Occupancy with 3 adults and 1 child under 12 years is also possible. In our 2 room apartments there is room for a max. of 2 adults and 1 child under 6 years old. In our 3 room apartments there is plenty of room for up to 4 people. We are happy to provide cots for our youngest guests.

On building the hotel we refrained from installing air conditioning. On the one hand, because we considered it unnecessary in our location on the North Sea. On the other hand, because we value the idea of sustainability. Nevertheless, we are aware of the climate change situation and will take appropriate measures should they become necessary.

We offer our guests with allergies special bedding, and dogs are not allowed in a large number of rooms. Furthermore these rooms are not carpeted to make them as suitable as possible for guests with allergies.

As well as a buffet breakfast, also included is a 3 course menu with the chef’s choice of dishes – a main course of fish, meat or a vegetarian alternative. If you don’t find anything to your taste, choose something from the main menu and we will take off the value of the half board.

You can happily book evening meals within the half board option up to 3 days before your arrival. If during your stay you decide to change from half board to à la carte, please inform the reservations or restaurant team the day before.

Our restaurant offers several vegetarian and vegan options. With regard to allergies and special dietary requirements, we request prior notification to enable us to offer an alternative.

We recommend booking treatments in advance of your stay.

The use of our spa and wellness area is possible from Sunday to Friday for external guests in conjunction with booked treatments.

With a booked treatment in our spa you are entitled to use the pool and sauna area of up to 3 hours for € 35 per person and visit. You will receive a spa bag (sauna towels and bath robe) and an entrance card for the spa area. Reservations are necessary.

Book your beach chair simply online. If you would like to rent a beach chair directly on site, you can do so easily from the 1st of May to the 30th of September from approx. 9 am at the beach service in the Deichpavilion. Depending on availability you can choose the beach chair of your choice and pay cash. You can also book a beach chair for your next visit and pay immediately.

We are happy to offer our hotels own women’s city bikes for hire at a charge of € 9.00 per day or € 56.00 per week.

Please note that we only have a limited number of bike on offer. We are happy to recommend bike hire shops close to the hotel.
