Information regarding your holiday in the Küstenperle

All accommodation prices quoted are per room per night and include VAT and are quoted in Euros. In addition a tourist tax will be charged, the amount will depend on the season. We accept the following methods of payment: cash, Visa, Matercard and debit card (EC card).

We offer a late check-out on request and subject to availability at a price of € 30,00 for a departure until 13:00 and € 50,00 for a departure until 17:00.

The Küstenperle Strandhotel & Spa is a dog-friendly hotel and dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. There are designated dog rooms where you are allowed to bring your four-legged friend. We charge an additional fee of € 15,00/night and there is a maximum of one dog allowed in the hotel room. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash at all times within the hotel. Due to the buffet style, for hygienic reasons and because it is more bustling due to the many aisles to the buffet, please keep your dog in the room during breakfast, but is otherwise welcome in our restaurant during the day. However, by prior arrangement, it is also possible to have breakfast with your dog in our bar as an alternative.

Cancellation free of charge
Travel from the beginning of April to the end of October: 14 days before arrival. Travel from the beginning of November to the end of March: 7 days or 5 days before arrival (please check your booking confirmation).

Exceptions are Christmas and New Year’s Eve, where a cancellation period of 14 days prior to arrival applies.

The free cancellation period for our holiday apartments is normally 4 weeks before arrival..

The above cancellation periods only apply when booking the applicable rates. A free cancellation or rebooking of our early bird rates is not possible.

Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation outside of the deadline, the hotel is entitled to charge 80% of the total price for the nights booked. In the event of a no-show, the entitlement to the following nights booked will no longer be applicable. For the first night 100% and for the following nights 80 % of the accommodation price will be charged. Our general terms and conditions apply.
